Research & Pre-Production Support
Every successful production starts with solid groundwork. We offer local research, story development assistance, and pre-interviews when needed. Use our on-the-ground knowledge to gather insights, scout characters, and identify narratives specific to Ikaria and the Eastern Aegean.
Location Scouting & Permits
We know the island. From remote mountain villages to dramatic coastlines and thermal springs, we help you find the ideal locations for your shoot. We handle location scouting, recce planning, location management, and secure the necessary filming permits and access permissions from local authorities, municipalities, and private property owners.
Logistics & Transportation
We organize reliable crew and equipment transport, including 4×4 vehicles, boats, and vans—depending on the terrain and shoot requirements. Our network ensures safe, timely, and flexible transportation, even in the most remote areas of Ikaria.
Casting & Local Talent
Need to interview centenarians, farmers, artisans, or local characters? Looking to cast extras, actors, or models? We provide access to local talent, casting assistance, and language support where necessary.
Accommodation & Booking Management
We secure the most suitable crew accommodation based on your production needs and budget. From boutique guesthouses to large hotels, we manage group bookings, early check-ins, late check-outs, and on-location convenience.
Production Coordination
We act as your line producer and on-site coordinator, liaising between local vendors, authorities, and your main crew to keep the production running smoothly.
On-Set Catering & Craft Services
We provide craft services and catering on location, offering fresh, locally sourced meals and snacks—some of the best food you’ll have on a shoot in Greece!
