Pramnios oenos, the Ikarian wine
A tribute to the wine of Ikaria — the ancient Pramnian wine.
We followed the journey of the Fokiano grape from harvest to pressing, and finally to its storage in clay jars buried in the earth.
Along the way, we met vine grower Stefanis Pedos and winemaker Nikos Afianes.
